Xtenserv is a Philippine-based provider of managed outsourced solutions serving a global community of B2B and B2C organizations. The company started as one of the pioneering internet cafés in Angeles City in 1998, helping business professionals and students with research, transcription and encoding. Xtenserv serves global clients including ones in Europe, United States, and Australia in both front and back-office operations such as accounting, data entry, customer service, database and website content management, and transcription.

Our Team
As the founder and president of Xtenserv, Roy brings to the company more than 17 years of experience in New Business Development, Project Management, and Overall Operations.
He is also the founder of Netcafe and co-founder of Alta Vista Internet Service Provider.
Roy is a graduate of the University of the Philippines with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
Roland Gonda

Mia handles the delicate balancing act of financial management. She also plans and manages company events such as annual summer retreats and Christmas parties, incentive and bonus systems, and company paid seminars for employees. Mia is an alumnus of Holy Angel University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
Mia Malonzo
VP Finance
Precy is an HR practitioner and Trainor by profession. Her HR career spans over 20 years of professional experience in various industries.
She holds a Post Baccalaureate Diploma in Human Resources Management (HRM) from Dela Salle University, and a HRM certification from Ateneo de Manila University. She has earned her academic requirements for a Masterate Degree in Public Management from the University of the Philippines (UP). Her Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism is from UP as well.
Precy Gerero

Aries joined xtenserv in 2006 as a team leader of web developers for one of the pioneering accounts. He came back in 2017 to take on new and greater challenges and responsibility in the company as an Office Manager. He currently corresponds with clients on reporting and other operational matters, manages day to day operations including quality checking and the maintenance of computer systems and network.
Aries is a graduate of Angeles University Foundation with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering.

Mar joined Xtenserv in February 2006. He is in-charge of Client Correspondence, Quality Assurance, Employee Training and Development, Security & Maintenance Personnel, and IT Administration.
Mar holds an Associate Degree in Computer Systems Design and Programming at AMA CLC.
Romar Bentoso
Project Manager
Aiza has been part of Xtenserv since 2005. She conducts and monitors training, monitors work performances of all employees handled, and implements and monitors strategic plans for the team and project. She is also accountable for Client Correspondence and Quality Assurance.
She is a graduate of BS Computer Science at Holy Angel University.
